Covid-19 Protocol Adherence:
- Guests will be screened on arrival with their temperatures taken and a registration form to be completed.
- All guests must wear a mask, covering the nose and mouth before entering the premises and moving in and out of the Guest House.
- Guest temperatures are taken again every morning before breakfast and paper bag per guest provided during sit-down breakfast service.
- a Social Distance of 1.5 meters are to be followed at all times.
- Sanitizer is provided in all the rooms and units.
- Guests who fail to comply with the protocol, will be asked to vacate the premises immediately.
Children Policy:
- No children (including babies) allowed in Bed & Breakfast rooms.
- Child-friendly self-catering units available.
Cancellation Policy:
30% non-refundable deposit upon booking.
Cancellations due to lockdown levels, will only be accepted if an official travel ban is implemented which prevents guests from travelling. We can gladly move your booking to alternative dates whereafter a voucher will be issued as credit.
Cancellation 0 to 7 days before arrival: 100% of balance due (including no shows)
Cancellation 7 to 14 days before arrival: 75% of balance due
Cancellation 14 to 21 days before arrival: 50% of balance due
Cancellation 21 to 28 days before arrival: 25% of balance due
No refund will be given should you wish to cut your stay short.
